Nikki Watson Pierce

Nikki Watson Pierce has an extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 1996 as a Sales Representative for the Atlanta Hawks, they later held positions such as Group Sales Manager at Palace Sports & Entertainment and Director of Event Management at General Sports and Entertainment. From 2002 to 2006, Nikki served as the Executive Director of the Detroit Football Classic. Nikki then worked as an Executive/Personal Assistant at HollyRod Entertainment from 2007 to 2009. Since 2009, Nikki has been with Becker Professional Education, initially as a Field Marketing Specialist before progressing to roles such as Regional Marketing Manager, Regional Manager for the Great Lakes Region, and Senior Manager of National Sales. Nikki'smost recent position with the company, starting in November 2022, is the Director of Sales, Corporate Channel & DEI Strategic Initiatives.

Nikki Watson Pierce received their Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University, completing their education from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in May 2022.
