Aya Inoue

Aya Inoue, MSW, LICSW, currently serves as the Regional Director for Vermont Support and Stabilization at Becket Family of Services, a position held since February 2013. In this role, Aya is responsible for ensuring quality care to clients through several key programs, including the Vermont Support & Stabilization Program and Intensive Family Based Services. Aya supervises Permanency Clinicians and Coordinators, develops Individual Treatment Plans, and ensures compliance with relevant laws and contracts. Previously, Aya held multiple positions at Howard Center from 2008 to 2013, including Team Lead for the Woodside Transition House, where responsibilities involved supervising staff and coordinating transition plans for youth. Aya's earlier experience includes serving as a Youth Counselor for the Vermont Department for Children and Families and engaging in research and internship roles while pursuing a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree at the University of Vermont.
