Caroline Miles has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic planning, employee engagement, and performance management. Caroline currently serves as the Head of HR at Beckley Psytech, a biotech company specializing in developing psychedelic compounds for neurological and psychiatric disorders. In this role, they are responsible for building a pipeline of psychedelic compounds and ensuring they meet clinical and regulatory standards.
