Sean Gerding

Sean Gerding has extensive experience in sales management and operations within the healthcare and sports industries. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager for the Lab Automation Team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics since June 2009, Sean specializes in designing and delivering customized workflow solutions for healthcare facilities across the Northeast US, focusing on operational efficiency and financial viability. Previous roles include driving sales of clinical chemistry and immunoassay systems, and participating in a comprehensive sales training program. Sean's prior experience as an Operations Manager with the Washington Redskins involved managing budget estimates and game-day activities, while earlier, as a Research Assistant at the University of Maryland, contributions were made to a DOD-funded study on EEG activity. Sean Gerding holds a Kinesiology degree from the University of Maryland, and completed the HBX CORe program at Harvard Business School, covering business analytics, economics, and financial accounting.
