Eric Schilling

Eric Schilling was named Vice President – Capital Markets in April 2018.

With over 12 years of capital market experience, Eric manages and grows capital market relationships, manages financial analysis of industrial real estate transactions and assist with existing and future tenant credit. He focuses on the financial analysis of acquisitions, development and dispositions.

Prior to joining Becknell Industrial, Eric worked for Jones Lang LaSalle as a Senior Financial Analyst of Midwest Capital Markets where he prepared offering memoranda and broker opinions of value for presentation to clients and Supervised due diligence, closing processes and coordination on behalf of clients.

Eric received his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs and his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Indiana University. He is actively involved in Hearts and Hands of Indiana and volunteers at his local food pantry.
