Kevan O'connor

Kevan O'Connor is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Becknell Industrial since April 2023, O'Connor has also been the Managing Partner at Brae Leigh Capital LLC since May 2011, focusing on entrepreneurial real estate investments. Previous positions include Vice President at SunCap Property Group, Director of Real Estate Development at The Opus Group®, and Vice President of Development at Holladay Properties. O'Connor's experience also encompasses consulting roles with Jones Lang LaSalle and a Vice President position at Miller Global Properties. An early career at Deutsche Bank's RREEF division laid the groundwork for O'Connor’s expertise in real estate investment management. O'Connor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Science in Finance from DePaul University.
