Rich Mozeleski has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rich started their career in 2005 as a Special Operations Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard and served in this role until 2012.
In 2014, they joined Deloitte Consulting as part of their Strategy & Operations team. After two years, they transitioned to Uber where they held the position of Head of Operations. At Uber, they were responsible for leading growth strategy, operations, pricing, and product for a $550 million revenue business.
In 2016, they were recruited by the founder of JetSmarter to build the "Uber of private jets" and became their Vice President of Global Operations, also acting as Chief Operations Officer. During their time at JetSmarter, they led global operations through hypergrowth and transformation.
In 2019, Rich Mozeleski joined the Beckway Group as an Operating Partner and CEO-level Executive. In this role, they focused on helping companies drive major performance step changes to achieve their full potential. Rich led hyper-growth transformations in various industries, including CPG, services, distribution, food, and healthcare.
Throughout their career, Rich Mozeleski has demonstrated a track record of delivering significant revenue growth, cost savings, and operational performance improvements for top-tier companies.
Rich Mozeleski has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy & Financial Analysis from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Rich also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Business, Finance, and Spanish from Northeastern University.
