Kathyuska Lamas

Kathyuska Lamas currently serves as Gerente de Personal Global at Beco & CO since July 2017, after holding the position of Generalista de RR. HH. Tiendas Especializadas - Líder de Captación y Desarrollo for Venezuela and Costa Rica. Previously, Kathyuska worked as Gerente de Recursos Humanos for Venezuela and Costa Rica at Comercial Amand, C.A., where responsibilities included designing and presenting strategic personnel initiatives based on market analysis. From 2006 to 2013, Kathyuska held the position of Gerente de Recursos Humanos for Latin America at Mail Boxes Etc. Worldwide, and worked as a Research Associate at Heidrick and Struggles International, Inc. between 1998 and 2006. Kathyuska has a Licenciatura en Relaciones Industriales from UCAB and completed an Advanced Management Program at IESA in 2016, currently pursuing a Certification in Ontological Coaching at IESA.
