Reda Mikalauskaitė

Reda Mikalauskaitė has a diverse work experience. Reda began their career in 2017 as an Event Assistant at VILNIUS INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL "KINO PAVASARIS". Following this, they gained an internship at MODE MEDIA, Productora Audiovisual de Barcelona. In 2018, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Ali šokoladinė. In 2019, Reda started freelancing as a Video Editor. Reda later joined beCreatives as a Creative Project Manager, specializing in video and ad production. In 2022, they were promoted to Team Lead, responsible for overseeing a team of video editors and ensuring efficient operations. Their work experience showcases their skills in project coordination, client management, and team leadership.

Reda Mikalauskaitė completed their education at various institutions and obtained several certifications. From 2013 to 2017, they attended VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication, specializing in Creative industries. In 2016, they studied at Tampere University of Applied Sciences for a short period, focusing on Media and arts with a specialization in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects. Additionally, in 2015-2016, Reda attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a degree in Communication and media, specializing in Brand management and Visual design management. In July 2017, they obtained a certification in "On (the) line for acting offline!" from Youth Exchanges in Vienna.
