Brett Robinson

Brett Robinson is an experienced professional in field service and support operations, currently serving as Vice President of Field Service & Support at BD since September 2024. Previously, Brett held leadership positions at Outset Medical, Inc., where roles included Vice President and Senior Director of Service & Support from April 2021 to September 2024. A significant tenure at Intuitive included titles such as Senior Director of Service Enablement and Director of Product Services & Technical Training, spanning a decade from May 2011 to April 2021. Earlier career experiences include various roles at Parata Systems, focusing on product support and technical teams, beginning in November 2004, and field service engineering positions at n&k Technology. Brett holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University and participated in the Stanford Lead Program in Corporate Innovation at Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2019 to 2020.
