Donn Mueller

Donn Mueller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and innovation within the medical device and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy & Innovation at BD since May 2014, Donn has held several key positions that include Director of Strategic Innovation and Associate Director of Corporate Strategy and Innovation. Prior to BD, experience at Johnson & Johnson spanned from 2004 to April 2014, where roles included Senior Manager of Business Development & Strategy and Global Group Product Director, focusing on portfolio prioritization and product strategies in a complex regulatory environment. Earlier career experiences include program management at Pratt & Whitney and engineering roles at Adroit Systems. Donn holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
