Elena Ravaioli

Elena Ravaioli has extensive experience in strategic procurement and tender management within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Strategic Tender & Customer Procurement Relationship Manager at BD since June 2008, where responsibilities include managing a team, defining objectives, and optimizing operational processes. Previously, as Tender Management Excellence Coordinator, Ravaioli managed tender processes and strategic projects, and as Regional Healthcare Partner, built relationships with regional purchasing centers and provided strategic support for public tender offers. Earlier roles included Senior Sales Specialist at BD and Sales Specialist at Covidien (Medtronic), as well as Product Manager at Medel Group SpA. Ravaioli holds a degree in Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and has furthered education at the University of Maryland.
