Leon Ricci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and sales across various industries. Currently serving as Customer Care Manager DTC at Becton Dickinson since August 2019, Leon oversees a team of leaders and sales representatives, focusing on hiring, data analytics, and project management. Concurrently, as New Sales Manager at Liberator Medical Supply since August 2016, Leon drives new business development and manages a team to enhance customer experience. Leon's career began in the shipping department at Sawtec and progressed through roles at Circuit City and Innovations, showcasing a consistent trajectory of leadership and innovation.
