Mischa Philleo is the Director of Marketing Technology Strategy at Becton Dickinson. Mischa has held this position since June 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director Marketing Technology Strategy at BD from September 2021 to June 2020.
In their role as Director of Marketing Technology Strategy, Mischa is responsible for leading digital marketing technology strategy globally. This includes simplifying and modernizing the company's digital marketing technologies and associated people and processes to drive commercial excellence, e-commerce, create competitive advantage, and accelerate sustainable, profitable growth.
Under Mischa's leadership, the company has streamlined its martech stack from over 30 suppliers down to 4 strategic partnerships, resulting in immediate cost savings of over $3MM in license costs. The closed loop ecosystem that Mischa has created has enabled the company to track wing-to-wing ROI. In response to COVID-19, Mischa has also created digital agile teams to respond quickly to customer needs. This has included the implementation of Salesforce.com + Marketo integration for customer lead generation and ROI measurement; digital communications channels and platforms (e.g. Showpad for allowing sales force to communicate with customers in a scalable way); and digital training platforms to educate customers on new rapid COVID-19 diagnostic products.
Mischa has also delivered a future state omni-channel commercial transformation strategy that aligned to business goals and drivers. This has resulted in a revenue increase of $100M
Mischa Philleo received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Michigan.
