Sairi Nagaraju

Sairi Nagaraju has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sairi started their career as a Graphic Designer and Faculty at Orbit Technology Research Pvt. Ltd. in 1998. In this role, they managed live projects for training students, standardized guidelines for web projects, and ensured the integrity of content on websites.

In 1999, Sairi worked as a Digital Media Designer at E-TV network, where they created images, effects, and animations for the 1999 election bulletin. Sairi then returned to Orbit Technology Research Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Web Designer, Graphic Designer, and Faculty in 1999-2000.

Sairi joined Satyam Computer Service Ltd in 2000 as a Software Engineer, specializing in Senior UI and Instructional Design. Sairi worked on projects involving software engineering and instructional design until 2005.

From 2005 to 2010, Sairi worked at Inspiron Info Solutions (India) Private Ltd. as a Resource Manager and Principle UX Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, leading a team of recruiters, and providing strategic advice on talent acquisition.

Sairi then joined Napier HealthCare Solutions in 2010 as a Senior UX Designer and UX Lead. In this position, they defined project scopes, created conceptual frameworks, and guided the development of user-centered design solutions across various platforms until 2014.

Afterwards, Sairi worked at Prime Technology Group, LLC as a UX Lead and Principal UX Consultant in 2015. Their responsibilities included defining conceptual frameworks, developing user-centered design solutions, and providing exceptional service to clients.

Since 2015, Sairi has been a Freelance UX Consultant, working independently on various projects. Currently, they are employed as a Digital Marketing Manager at Bectran, Inc., where they manage digital marketing initiatives.

Throughout their career, Sairi has demonstrated a strong vision for creating user-centered design solutions and building trust with clients and teams.

Sairi Nagaraju has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Periyar University. Sairi also has a Diploma in Interactive Multimedia in the field of Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from IMAGE - Leading Animation, Game and VFX Training. Additionally, they hold a 2D Animation diploma specializing in Traditional 2D animation from Heart Animation Studio. Sairi further has a Diploma in EEE (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) from Government Polytechnic College. Sairi Nagaraju has obtained a Diploma in Traditional Animation from Heart Animation Studio, although the specific month and year of attainment are unknown.
