Jacqueline Gray

Jacqueline Gray has extensive experience in public service, particularly with Bedford Borough Council, where employment began in November 2003. Currently serving as a Senior Officer and Policy Adviser (Health), Jacqueline leads preparations for the Corporate Peer Review 2023 while also acting as the Corporate Peer Review Lead. Previous roles include Service Manager for Health and Policy Support, where strategic policy support was provided to senior leadership and elected members, and leading corporate-level analytical policy work. Earlier experience includes positions in scrutiny and member support and an Administrative Officer role at the UK Ministry of Defence. Jacqueline holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in International History and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Joint Hons in American Studies and History from Swansea University.
