Paulina Makowska

Paulina Makowska is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Team Leader for Highway & Developer Infrastructure at Bedford Borough Council since April 2021, where Paulina has also held roles as Senior Engineer and Engineer. Previously, Paulina worked at Waterman Aspen as an Engineer while being seconded to Bedford Borough Council Development Infrastructure from November 2018 to April 2021. Early career experience includes positions at Waldeck as an Assistant Engineer, managing drainage calculations and technical drawings, and at Baxter International Inc. as an Administrator and Technical Services Engineer. Paulina began the professional journey at Kolbek Bud-Plan as an Engineer, producing project drawings and technical documentation. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering focusing on Heating, Heat Engineering, and Air Conditioning, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering with emphasis on Networks and Installation, both from Politechnika Koszalińska.
