Joe Malfo is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in operations and management. Currently, Joe serves as Co-Founder of AmericaDIY, where responsibilities include partnering with bulk material suppliers and collaborating with marketing and development teams to enhance web-based technology. In addition, Joe is the General Manager at Bedford Enterprises Inc, focusing on customer satisfaction and key performance indicators within the scrap metal recycling and trucking industry. Previously, Joe held the position of Lab Operations Manager at DenMat Holdings, overseeing a team of over 80 employees and improving operational protocols for cosmetic dental orders. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies from Biola University.
