Matt Gracie

Mr Gracie is responsible for the pastoral care of pupils and ensuring they have the absolute best in this area so they thrive at school and become wonderful adults. Practically, his role involves oversight of the Housemasters and behaviour in the school. Mr Gracie is also the Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Mr Gracie began this role in September 2021 after eight years as Housemaster of Talbot's boarding house where he was also Assistant Housemaster for two years. Mr Gracie joined Bedford to teach Geography in 2010 after three years in the Yorkshire Dales as a Gap Graduate and Geography/RE teacher at Sedbergh School.
