Darren Gorvett

Darren Gorvett serves as the People and Workforce Development Strategic Lead at Bedfordshire Police since October 2014, previously holding positions such as Head of Analysis and Analysis and Information Manager. From October 2020 to September 2021, Darren contributed as the NPCC Programme Lead for the Sensitive Equities Board, specializing in Crime Overseas Production Orders and the National Spending Review. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Intelligence Analyst and Intelligence Analyst at Hertfordshire Constabulary from May 2003 to October 2014. Darren's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business and Organisational Strategy from the University of Hertfordshire, along with Level 7 certifications in Senior Leadership and Strategic Management and Leadership from the Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education and the Chartered Management Institute, respectively.
