Paul Matthews

Paul Matthews is currently the Commercial Director at bedigital, a company that helps organizations transform their business using digital technology. In addition, Paul is the Founder of Talentbe, an in-house talent management company for tech businesses. Previously, Paul worked as an Independent Consultant and as a Sales and Marketing Manager for Capital Consulting SA and Sigma Management Services SA. Paul also has experience as a Business Unit Manager in Benelux and Germany, as well as various roles in recruitment and the military. Paul Matthews received their education from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and Tiffin Boys School.
