Rodney Williams

Rodney Williams, MBA, serves as the Vice President of North America at Berkenhoff GmbH (bedra) since December 2021, overseeing the strategic direction and results for the North American operations. Prior to this role, Rodney held various positions at ESAB Welding and Cutting Products from 2001 to November 2021, culminating in the role of Director Steel Industry Products (L-TEC) – Global, where responsibilities included global strategy, sales team management, and execution of corporate goals. Previous positions at ESAB included Business Unit Manager and Business Development Manager, focused on financial budgets, P&L management, and developing growth strategies for equipment products. Rodney's earlier career features an account management role at The Lilly Company and industrial sales representation at Big Chief Supply. Rodney holds an MBA from Lipscomb University and a BS in Retail and Consumer Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
