Scot Nichols has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Scot is currently working as the Director of Sales at Bedrock Quartz Surfaces LLC, where they support the sales team and focuses on rapid growth and building the client base. Prior to that, they served as the Sales Support Manager at the same company, where they managed the Pleasant Grove facility and contributed to reducing rework and achieving forecasted growth.

Before joining Bedrock Quartz Surfaces LLC, Scot worked at Ed Morse Automotive Group as a Sales Executive. During their tenure, they received multiple awards for their sales performance in the luxury vehicle segment and developed a strong personal brand through referral programs and targeted marketing.

Scot also has experience in the countertop fabrication and installation business. Scot founded Counters Direct, where they successfully developed the business and eventually sold it to CounterActive Inc. Scot continued working as the VP of Sales and Marketing during the transition.

Scot also served as a Client Operations Manager, where they provided training to personnel and designed custom merchandising layouts for a major drugstore chain.
