Emily Harris has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Emily began as an Apprentice Chef at the diggies Group Hospitality, where they learned various food preparation procedures. In 2014, Emily joined Rookie Eatery as a 3rd Year Apprentice/Qualified Chef, assisting the head chef in preparing high-quality Australian and Asian Fusion cuisine.

In 2015, they joined Beds and Bars Group as a Bartender and Hostel Team Member. Over the years, Emily progressed within the company, holding roles such as Hostel Ambassador, Assistant Manager, Group Reservations Coordinator, Tour Coordinator, and Senior Sales Agent. Currently, they serve as the Head of Group Accommodation Sales. Emily's roles mainly involve managing client relationships, negotiating rates, providing customer service, and overseeing daily operations. Their work experience showcases their growth and expertise in the hospitality industry.

Emily Harris completed their education at TAFE NSW from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Certificate 3 in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications, including "The Miracle Sale Workshop" from Bums on Seats in September 2022, "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage in February 2021, "First Aid" from CPL Training in April 2017, and a "Personal Licence" from the Royal Borough of Greenwich in 2017.
