I started my experience in the world of human resources during my studies with the desire to contribute my knowledge and energy to companies in creating winning teams as soon as possible.

Now, I think that the biggest advantage of my job is the wide scope of work in everyday activities and tasks. It motivates me to constantly learn and develop in different psychological directions.

I would say that I am a very sociable, creative and analytical person.
