Marta Kaminska-Krolak (she/her)

Marta Kaminska-Krolak has a diverse work experience with a focus on recruiting and human resources. Marta has worked at Bee Talents since 2017 in various recruiting roles, including Recruitment Quality Expert, Senior Tech Recruiter, and Tech Recruiter. In these positions, they conducted full recruitment processes for IT positions, mainly for Mid/Regular and Senior Developers in PHP, Python, Java, and Front-End. Marta also worked as a Junior Tech Recruiter at Bee Talents.

Following that, Marta continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Economics/Management from 2014 to 2016.
