Jeff Lam

Jeff Lam is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing technology and support services. Currently serving as the Manager of End User Technology - Workstation at Sallie Mae since October 2018 and as the Manager of IT Support at Beebe Healthcare since March 2017, Jeff demonstrates strong leadership skills in both roles. As the Owner of Echelon Systems Support since January 2002, Jeff provides enterprise IT consulting services, specializing in Windows-based infrastructures for various private businesses and government entities. Previous positions include Supervisor of Client Support at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware from June 2007 to March 2017 and Sr. Field Services Engineer at Hewlett Packard from April 1995 to November 2003.
