Joshua Beech

Joshua Beech has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Joshua started their career as an intern at Bean Stuyvesant Dredging, where they assisted the project manager with a beach re-nourishment project. Joshua then worked at Mike Rozier Construction Company as a Project Manager and Superintendent.

In 2005, Joshua joined Beech Construction as a Project Manager and estimator, overseeing preconstruction activities for general construction and concrete construction projects across several states. Joshua continued working in project management and estimation roles at Mid-Atlantic Construction, Rodgers Builders, and Donley's.

In 2014, Joshua took on the role of Senior Project Coordinator at Lithko Contracting, Inc. Joshua handled various project coordination responsibilities until January 2018. Later in 2014, they also became the President of Beech Contractors, taking on additional leadership responsibilities.

Throughout their career, Joshua has been involved in estimating, bidding, managing projects, creating and maintaining budgets and schedules, and coordinating manpower. Joshua is also a LEED AP BDC certified professional.

Joshua Beech obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Building Construction Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi from 1998 to 2003. Joshua is also a LEED AP BDC-certified professional.
