Monica Huff is currently the Director Talent Acquisition at Beech Valley Solutions. Monica has over eight years of experience in talent acquisition, management, and consulting. Prior to their current role, they were the Executive Director Talent Solutions at TruStar Talent Solutions where they were responsible for client talent acquisition strategy, RPO implementation & management, employment branding, client solutions, consultation, training, internal & client processes, SLA/SOW preparation and execution, KPIs, compliance (OFCCP, EEO, AA), RFQ development and P&L/revenue management. Monica has a proven track record in leading a team of remote and onsite recruiting professionals (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to ensure execution of RPO, retained and sourcing projects for various client verticals. Monica is also experienced in metrics management for key deliverables with KPI improvements throughout various clients.
