Jorden Dawson

Jorden Dawson is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in industrial development and asset management. Since November 2014, Jorden has served as the Vice President of Industrial Development at Beedie, leading the Alberta office and overseeing land acquisitions across Canada. Previously, Jorden held roles at Mancal Properties Inc., including Manager of Assets & Development and Project and Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed asset management, acquisitions, financial modeling, and project management. Jorden's earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager for the Western Region at Bentall Kennedy (Canada) LP, successfully managing over $60 million in real estate projects. Jorden began the career as an Analyst/Project Coordinator at 20 Vic Management and holds educational credentials from Western University and the University of Alberta.
