Mariano Romero has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they were the Global Product Dev., IP & Reg. Manager for Beeflow, where they led the company's Intellectual Property strategy and understood the regulatory affairs of key markets. Mariano also managed the IP global budget and controlled royalties and other IP/regulatory expenses deadlines, and oversaw how the company's technologies were developed, tested, manufactured, marketed, and distributed. Mariano also served as a Business Development Manager, coordinating and leading sale opportunities and managing sale budgets. Additionally, they were a Business Development employee, searching for sales opportunities, working with clients/growers, and discovering new and potential work locations. In 2018, they were an R&D Project Analyst - Independent Consultant, actively involving himself in the productive chains of San Juan province, analyzing investment possibilities, and working with the leaders of each productive chain to understand the best genuine opportunities. From 2015-2018, they were a Technical Analyst for a Certification Company - OIA, where they reviewed and analyzed Audit Reports, designed and performed training courses, had an active role in courses appropriate for growers, analyzed primary production products, and had an active role in private certification projects. Additionally, they were an Independent Consultant for the Instituto Nacional de Tecnologia Agropecuaria, where they had an active role in a training course, designed strategies to improve grower's product commercialization, conducted training courses and meetings with team grower members, and made field visits to analyze each grower's situation.

Mariano Romero completed an Agricultural Engineer degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' in 2014. In 2019, they completed a Postgraduate Degree in Quality Systems & International Food Trade from Tres de Febrero National University - UNTREF.
