Anna O.

Anna O. has worked in the field of product management since 2013. Anna began their career at Lattelecom as a Customer Service Representative, where they answered incoming calls and managed tasks to other departments. In 2014, they joined Mailigen as a Product Manager, where they improved the platform and implemented new features based on data analytics, user feedback, and market trends. Anna then moved to SEB in 2019 as a Product Owner, where they were responsible for processes and features for online banking, mobile applications, and authorization devices. In 2021, they joined inzpire.me as a Product Manager, where they developed a product vision and strategy project and delivered a TikTok API integration project. Currently, they are working at BEE Content Design as a Product Manager.

Anna O. completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in IT Management from Riga Business School between 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Latvijas Universitate between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, they have a verified certificate for Probability - The Science of Uncertainty and Data from edX, obtained in August 2021.
