Eytan Schwartz has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Eytan is currently serving as the VP of Global Strategy at BeeHero since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the Tel Aviv Yafo Municipality for a significant period, starting in 2007. In their role as Head of Media and Tourism, they were responsible for devising and leading the city's media, communications, branding, marketing, and publicity strategy. Eytan managed a team of approximately 30 media experts and handled a budget of 30 million Shekels. Eytan's achievements at the municipality include leading communications efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, launching new strategies and tools, initiating a new communications strategy for better positioning of southern neighborhoods, managing negative coverage of infrastructure projects, promoting local businesses and artists, and launching various campaigns. Eytan also oversaw the DIGITEL residents card and developed City Hall's digital platforms.
Before working for the Tel Aviv Yafo Municipality, Eytan held the position of CEO at Tel Aviv Global and Tourism from 2016 to 2020. Eytan was responsible for overseeing all diplomatic and international operations, nurturing relationships with cities around the world, and overseeing relations with various Jewish organizations and leaders. Additionally, they served as the Senior Advisor to Mayor Ron Huldai for International Affairs from 2012 to 2016, where they focused on integrating immigrants and spearheading public diplomacy and promotional projects for Tel Aviv abroad.
Prior to their roles at the municipality, Eytan worked as the Director of Intl. Outreach at the Centennial Administration / Global City task force from 2007 to 2012. In this position, they played a key role in devising a strategic plan to position Tel Aviv globally and oversaw international operations for the Tel Aviv-Yafo Centennial celebrations.
Earlier in their career, Eytan founded and led C.A.R.D (COMMITTEE FOR ADVANCEMENT OF REFUGEES FROM DARFUR) from 2006 to 2007. Eytan also worked as the Director of Media Operations at ISRAEL AT HEART from 2005 to 2006, where they managed operations and cultural initiatives for the pro-Israel advocacy organization.
