Lena van der Meer

Lena van der Meer is a People & Culture Specialist at Beequip Equipment Finance since July 2022, focusing on supporting the MKB sector in the Netherlands with equipment leasing solutions. Prior to this role, Lena served as a People & Culture Officer and HR Officer at CMA CGM from June 2021 to June 2022, handling HR data, recruitment, and policy processes. Earlier experience includes HR positions at Daan BV and CMA CGM, along with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2020. Lena also worked at HEMA as a sales associate from February 2015 to December 2018.
