Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, nutrition, and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana specializes in an online store offering organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been the Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and taught as a university lecturer in labor training from August 2016 to August 2017, focusing on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana Aguirre holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
