Victoria Jansson

Victoria Jansson has a strong background in customer service and customer success roles. Currently serving as Head of Customer Care at BEERWULF®. Prior to this, Victoria held positions such as Customer Support Team Lead at GP&J Baker Ltd, Regional Manager Customer Success UKI at Bridgestone Mobility Solutions, and Retail Support Co-Ordinator at Animal. With a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, Victoria has excelled in developing and implementing customer service best practices, managing teams, and driving customer satisfaction across various organizations throughout their career.
