Ricardo B. Sergole

Ricardo B. Sergole has worked in various roles in the IT industry since 1997. Ricardo began their career as an Analista Programador at Mercedes-Benz do Brasil Ltda., followed by roles as a Consultor de Projetos de TI and Consultor de Sistemas de TI at Telefónica LATAM from 2005 to 2011. Ricardo then moved to Telefónica Brasil, where they worked as Projetos, Qualidade e MIS from 2011 to 2013. Following this, they worked as a Senior Solution Manager at IBM from 2013 to 2017. After leaving IBM, they worked as an implantação de Projetos ERP at Majestad IT from 2019 to 2021. Ricardo is currently working as a Gerente Projetos Senior at DC-DinsmoreCompass Gestão Estratégica de Projetos, Treinamentos Corporativos e Outsourcing since 2021, and is set to begin a role as an IT Project Manager at Beesion in 2022.

Ricardo B. Sergole studied at Centro Universitário de Santo André from 2000 to 2005, obtaining an Administrator degree in Santo André. In 2013, they began an MBA in Project Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they are still pursuing. Ricardo also obtained a Leadership with Innovation certification from LinkedIn in November 2021.
