Romina De Girolamo has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Romina began their career in 1999 as a Help Desk Coordinator at the Ministerio de Obras y Servicios Públicos de la Provincia de Bs. As., where they supervised a team of 10 technicians and provided monitoring services to 1500 end users on applications and hardware problems. Romina also provided Field Support and Help Desk support for Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, Windows Millennium, Windows NT Workstation, ArcServer 6.1, MsOffice 97, 2000, and XP.
In 2004, De Girolamo joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Team Leader Monitoring Operation Center, where they supervised a team of 16 operators, monitored 1500 servers and 900 network devices with 9 different tools, and supported 14 clients in Argentina, Chile, and Brazil.
In 2006, De Girolamo joined IBM as a Client Support Manager, where they were responsible for ensuring the services delivery for customers Telefónica Spain & France Telecom, and managed relationships between the client, PMO, and different support services. Romina was also the Transition & Transformation Manager, coordinating transition projects of resources and tasks for different services and platforms, and ensuring that the off-shoring projects were implemented within the terms of the contract.
Since 2012, De Girolamo has been with Beesion as the LATAM Services Delivery Director, responsible for the suite of Beesion financial products (Payments, Collections, Credits, Disputes, Fraud, and Commission Systems). Romina has also participated in the decisions of functional architecture, defined the product roadmap, and controlled the development and implementation in customers. Additionally, they have been Regional Project Manager, managing projects with focus on Brazilian customers, and acting as the main interface between the customer and internal suppliers during the service delivery.
Romina De Girolamo has an educational background in Information Systems, having obtained an Engineering degree from UTN Facultad Regional Bs As. Additionally, they have a certification in ITIL V3 from EXIN.
