Kat Nadel

Kat Nadel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, leadership coaching, and communication training. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at LUMAN since October 2016, Kat has also operated as a self-employed contractor specializing in organization development consulting and leadership coaching since January 2018. With a background in compassionate communication and empathy training that began in 2013, Kat has built a strong following in the Bay Area. Other notable roles include collaborative training at Bay Area Nonviolent Communication and teaching various arts programs. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance and Choreography from The University of Southern Mississippi and multiple certifications in Nonviolent Communication and leadership training.
