Jackson Solway

Jackson Solway is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative ventures. Currently serving as Co-founder and CEO of Before You Apply, which was acquired by Recruiter.com in March 2024, Jackson previously co-founded Job Portraits, a creative studio that collaborated with over 150 startups and Fortune 500 companies. Earlier roles include Founder and CEO of Once Magazine, Inc., where Jackson launched a photojournalism publication for slate computers, and Director of Design for the San Francisco Public Press, overseeing its transformation into a printed newspaper. Jackson also has editorial experience as Photo Editor for McSweeney's Publishing and Editor-in-Chief of The Catalyst Newspaper. Jackson holds a B.A. in Political Science from Colorado College.
