Sandra Rodriguez

Sandra Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and executive support. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at BEGA North America since August 2023, Sandra previously held multiple roles at Sientra, Inc. from July 2012 to May 2023, including Paralegal & HR Generalist and Senior Executive Assistant to the Chairman & CEO. Prior to this, Sandra served as Assistant Director and Educator at San Roque Preschool from August 2005 to June 2012. Sandra's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from CSU Channel Islands, an Associate of Arts from Santa Barbara City College, and general education studies at San Marcos High School.
