Jan Kuba 💬

Jan Kuba has a diverse work experience. Jan started their career in 2011 as an Assessor at Motiv P, where they worked until 2012. In 2013, they became the Jednatel společnosti at Your Solution, s.r.o. In 2016, they co-founded YCLUSTER and served as the CEO, focusing on understanding people's personality and behavior to improve their performance. In 2018, they co-founded Behavera and took on the role of Co-founder & Chief of Science, aiming to empower managers by providing them with practical and useful data for their daily work.

Jan Kuba attended NEWTON University from 2006 to 2009, where they achieved a Bachelor's degree in Management mezinárodních institucí. Jan then studied at BVŠP from 2009 to 2010, obtaining an Ing. degree in Ekonomika a management podnikání. Jan later enrolled at Masaryk University Brno and earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 2010 to 2013. Jan further pursued their education at the same university and completed their studies by receiving a Master's degree in Psychology from 2013 to 2015.
