Douglas Lezameta

Douglas Lezameta serves as the President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Contra Costa since August 2020, advocating for small Hispanic businesses in the region. In addition to this leadership role, Douglas is a Member of the Board of Directors for the Workforce Development Board of Contra Costa County, and has been the Founder and Director of Fusion Latina Network since January 2011. Douglas also works as a Human Resources Director contractor and Director of Communications and Public Relations for Behavior Treatment & Analysis since April 2022. A seasoned media professional, Douglas hosts and produces the Spanish talk show "En Buenas Manos," and has held significant roles in various television productions including director of photography and main host for the Riesgo Total TV Show in Lima, Peru. Douglas’ educational background includes pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Capella University and various certifications in strategy, financial planning, and customer service.
