Cindy Rejas

Cindy Rejas, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, is a dedicated professional in the field of applied behavior analysis with extensive experience in various roles within clinical settings. Currently serving as the Clinical Director at Behavioral Framework since December 2021, Cindy has previously held the positions of Associate Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor. Prior experience includes roles as a Behavior Support Clinician at Compass Behavioral Solutions and as a Behavior Technician at Multicultural Clinical Center, where Cindy provided in-home ABA therapy and support for children with autism and other disabilities. Cindy's background also encompasses consulting and program management at Partners of the Americas, where responsibilities included data management and reporting. Cindy holds a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from George Mason University.
