Dessie Sanz

Dessie Sanz, PHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and HR management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Behavioral Framework since September 2019, Dessie oversees business and people operations for a leading provider of ABA services in Washington, D.C. Prior to this role, Dessie was a Senior Consultant at The HR Team, providing strategic HR support to small and mid-sized companies, and served as HR Manager at ATHENA Consulting, where responsibilities included comprehensive HR functions and process improvements. Dessie's earlier career includes significant roles at High Sierra Pools, Inc., where responsibilities progressed from Area Supervisor to Senior Human Resources Manager. Dessie holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Development from The Open University Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Management in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Economics - Varna.
