Linda Young

Dr. Young, a board certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, came to Behavioral Health Resources from Arkansas in November of 2015. She taught high school science for two years before going to medical school in Arkansas and then worked for both community mental health and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Northwest Arkansas for over 20 years in Northwest Arkansas. Having grown up in rural Arkansas and worked in underserved areas, Dr. Young has a compassion for community health care. She has a strong background in working with pre-school children with developmental and behavioral disorders, as well as working with children and adolescents with mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and psychotic disorders.
