Debbie Leone

Debbie Leone has extensive experience in various leadership and administrative roles. Debbie is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Behavioral Health Solutions since May 2021, where they have focused on strategic planning, organizational efficiency, automation implementation, and EMR integration. Prior to this, from August 2016 to April 2021, Debbie worked as the VP of Operations at Colorado Pain Care, overseeing multiple facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, and procedure sites, while also cultivating and growing a new clinic. From September 2013 to July 2016, they served as the Practice Administrator at Greater Florida Anesthesiologists-Unicom Division/Sheridan Healthcorp, managing a multi-facility practice and working closely with the governing board to implement a strategic plan. Before that, from June 2012 to September 2013, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at McKesson, where they handled billing information for an anesthesiology group and served as a liaison between the medical staff and the company. Debbie Leone has a diverse educational background. Debbie completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General at Northcentral University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Health Information Management from Southwest Florida College between 2011 and 2013.

In 1996, Debbie pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of St. Thomas, and in 1994, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hamline University. Additionally, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist from St Paul Technical College from 1990 to 1992.

Furthermore, Debbie has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Debbie obtained a Notary Signing Agent certification from the National Notary Association in February 2023. In February 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification for Healthcare from Aveta Business Institute, and in February 2020, they acquired the Phreesia GE CPS Level 1 Certification for Admin Staff from Phreesia.
