Zach Sample

Zach Sample has over 13 years of work experience in customer success, operations, product marketing, product management, client services, project engineering, and project design. In 2021, they joined BEHCA as the Director of Customer Success and Operations. Prior to this, they were the Global Product Marketing Manager at Innovyze from 2014 to 2021, where they provided strategic direction and tactical execution to product launches and go-to market strategies. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Manager of Client Services (Global) at XP Solutions, where they cultivated a united, global definition of customer satisfaction and scaled a team and services. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Project Engineer at Cardno, where they managed a wide range of technical Water Resources projects. Finally, from 2007 to 2008, they were a Project Designer at Cardno WRG, where they coordinated design, permitting, and regulatory approval of development projects across OR, WA, and CA.

Zach Sample attended Valparaiso University from 2003-2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering. In 2013, they obtained a Professional Engineer certification from the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering and Land Surveying. Zach is also Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level III (PMC-III).
