Kristen Cote-Favaro

Kristen Cote-Favaro has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Kristen began their career in 1999 as Marketing Manager for Butler Engineering and Marketing, where they were responsible for product development, marketing, and branding of a nitrogen tire inflation system. In 2000, they joined One Source as Sales Manager and created and launched a body care line, Inara Organics. In 2004, they opened and secured financing for two Chicago area salons, Fuga Salon and Day Spa, where they managed day to day operations and developed long term marketing strategies. In 2013, Kristen joined behindthechair.com as VP of Account Development, where they are responsible for generating new business, closing new accounts and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Kristen is currently working with marketers to help them realize their goals through digital advertising campaigns, social media, influencer engagement and content creation.

Kristen Cote-Favaro attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication.
