Jordan Rickard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, fundraising, and community development. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Consultant at TiER1 Performance Solutions since June 2016, Jordan specializes in designing people-centered business solutions. Previous roles include Director of Development at HFS Chicago Scholars, Senior Major Gifts Officer at Concern Worldwide, and Associate Director of Mission Advancement at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago. Jordan also has experience in financial development and community engagement through positions at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and Congregational Consulting Network.
